AIMS Organization

Under the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration, the Administrative Information Management Services (AIMS) organization consists of three primary areas: Development Services, Operations & Support Services (OSS), and Customer Engagement & Learning Services (CELS). Within Operations & Support Services are three additional teams: the Incident Team (including the Help Desk), The Operations Team, and the Field Services Team.
