When you contact the AIMS Help Desk during business hours, there is a response time of up to 15 minutes for phone calls and 4 business hours for E-mail messages received. In the event that you are forwarded to our voicemail services, please leave a message as calls are returned in the order in which they were received.
Calls received outside of business hours will be forwarded to voicemail. If the call is not an emergency, please leave a message and your call will be returned by a member of the AIMS Computer Support staff. If there is an emergency, press "0" on your telephone keypad to be forwarded to our answering service. AIMS Support staff is on-call 24/7 to assist you.
