AIMS Help Desk Portal Customer Training

AIMS is excited to announce a new customer portal that will allow you to submit, view, and track your tickets. This new self-service portal will make it easier to submit requests online. Of course you can always call us at 608-265-6900 for immediate support. There may be some requests that are exclusive to the new Help Desk Portal. For example, requesting a new user account and computer for a new employee will be done exclusively through the portal. Below are some introductory videos to help get you acclimated to the new portal.
