You may have a need to send an email as another user, a service email account, or even a distribution group.
After you are authorized to send from another mailbox, open a new email:
- Select Options >From to display the From field when creating the message.
- Click the From field.
- Select Other Email Address.
- Enter the email address in the pop-up screen or click From to search and select the correct account.
- Click OK.
The new email address is saved for future sends, once you send from another email address.
When new staff needs access to a service account, remember to complete the section related to service account access when you submit a request for a new AIMS Customer account.
