AIMS is pleased to announce our new Help Desk & Incident Team Manager, Luke Bluma! His first day as the AIMS Help Desk & Incident Team Manager was Monday, April 1st. Luke is joining us from Transportation Services where he was the IT Manager and responsible for the systems that run the parking ramps on campus. Luke has been with UW-Madison for over 10 years and has experience in desktop support, technical writing, project management, business analysis, and account management. He is also Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certified and has used those practices to deliver and improve a wide range of IT services on campus. He also has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from UW-Madison and is currently working on his MBA. Welcome, Luke!
